We sell our products worldwide. Setting Pretty is pleased to offer worldwide shipping.
Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website during the checkout process.
International Delivery. As the customer, you will be responsible for the payment of shipping tariffs plus any VAT, custom duties, export, import or other taxes, imports and similar charges applicable to your order (and any applied if you return goods to us). Setting Pretty LLP has no control over these charges (which are your responsibility to pay) and does not cover or reimburse any fees charged by a third party. Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.
Taxes, Duties & Customs. Goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DDU“) basis. This means you are responsible for any import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes on International Orders. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time, as goods may be held at customs and we will not be liable for any delays caused as a result of taxes, duties or customs processes.
Currency. All final payments are taken in GBP. We are unable to control the exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund, so on occasions there may be small changes in the amount paid and amount refunded. We shall not be liable for any currency fluctuations and any discrepancy in the refunded amount.
When we will despatch the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will despatch the products to you. Please allow 1-2 working days from when your order is first placed. Please note that our order cut-off time is 12 noon GMT and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be packed and shipped the following business day.
When we will deliver your products outside the UK. We aim to deliver all our international orders in 2-7 working days worldwide. International delivery times may vary, particularly if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control. Please see the taxes, duties & customs section below for more information. Please note that shipping times may also vary when subject to national holidays and bank holidays.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. We will keep you updated as best we can and you should be able to track your delivery’s progress. We will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to make a return and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered. If no one is available to sign for products that required to be signed for, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for you to call your local depot / post office. Please contact the local depot / post office as soon as a card is received to re-arrange delivery.
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery, the parcel is returned to us after a week - the cost of which will be passed on to you. If the parcel is returned to us and you do not wish us to re-send it, we may terminate the sale and Clause 8.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply. If you do wish us to re-send the parcel, this will incur a further delivery charge.
When you become responsible for the goods. The product will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave us.
When you own goods. You own a product once we have received payment in full.
What will happen if you do not give required information to us. We may need certain information from you so that we can supply the products to you. Please complete all fields carefully and accurately. If you do not give us this information within a reasonable time of us asking for it, or if you give us incomplete or incorrect information, we may either terminate the sale (and Clause 8.2 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale will apply) or make an additional charge of a reasonable sum to compensate us for any extra work that is required as a result. We will not be responsible for supplying the products late or not supplying any part of them if this is caused by you not giving us the information we need within a reasonable time of us asking for it.
